After having completed the main campaign, it's hard to say this was a great game. I had fun, but there were numerous points in time where I thought: "what's the point?". The combat is.... okay. Building an outpost was interesting, but there are easier ways to get materials and money. The story is definitely its strongest point, but even then the quality feels watered down by the numerous auto-generated POIs. So many times it feels like there's nothing to do when visiting a random planet.

in-game voice chat didn't work during my playthrough, but the spooks and puzzles are pretty good

Enjoying this game a lot more than I expected. I thought it was going to be pretty chill, which it can be at times, but you have very limited time each day and you need to have some kind of general plan on what you want to accomplish each day. Do you want to improve your relationships to get more cards? Maybe focus on getting better ingredients for that next potion? Maybe potion prices are really high today so you should spend more time selling potions. Debt collectors are after you and the tourny date is approaching so you gotta make your time count.

Overall just really satisfying when all the pieces fall into place.

After finishing the game, I still recommend it. I encountered some bugs and some balancing issues, but I still really enjoyed the gameplay loop and the characters. It's just got that QUALITY game feel. Definitely worth the money.
