One of the best game I've ever played hands down.
Pros

-Amazing characters and voice acting

-Most if not all side quests are great and worth doing

-Hard boss fights and interesting monster mechanics

-The two main areas in the game are sizeable and amazingly detailed
-Combat mechanics are really well designed, having to change the way you fight depending on the opponent keeps the game fun and challenging

-The leveling system and the perks are slightly restrictive. I see this as a pro because it makes you unable to become a super overpowered beast like in other recent rpgs (ahem Fallout 4 ahem)

-The DLC is amazing, good story, good gear, really cool part of the map. I can't really say much about it because I don't want to spoil it but its worth the buy if you buy the game

Cons

-Difficulty. Basically all of the 3 lower difficulties are too easy and Death March ramps up extremely high. It's not unplayably hard, in fact the challenge is really fun, but the extreme jump is a bit jarring. If you play Wild Hunt play it on Death March you'll die alot but it feels much better when you finally beat that boss you've been fighting for 30 minutes.

-The miscellaneous objectives get tiring after a while and are pretty repetitive which if your a completionist this game will take ALOT of time.

- Keyboard and mouse controls while not as bad as The Witcher 2 aren't great, they are playable but I recommend using a gamepad if you have one.

- Skellige is very big, this sounds good and it is but when the majority of the area is water (very well animated water) boating around it for hours does get a bit boring althought the scenery is beautiful. You can fast travel to the different islands so it's not a huge deal but it can be a problem if you don't like fast travel.

Basically this game is amazing and theres a reason that it won so many awards. If you like RPGs play this game you will not regret it.
