This soundtrack punches way above the game's weight. I like the game on its own, and while I don't consider it a masterpiece or a classic, I still find it enormously enjoyable and own it on multiple platforms. The soundtrack is comprised of epic music, and is of such quality that maybe 3 or 4 out of all 20+ tracks aren't worth a listen on their own. If it was sold separately, I am sure that it would do well, but the fact that it is part of the game makes me feel like I bought one of my copies of the game to pay back the team for creating this gem, and by the Emperor is it worth it! It's an 8-9 out of 10 throughout. Definitely worth a listen, especially giving the wonderful audio quality.

Unlike the rest of the HL2 soundtracks, the one for Episode 2 is not only perfect for the game, but about half the tracks are good listens in their own right. It's maybe the only Valve soundtrack that I would listen to for enjoyment. Great job!

The only Valve soundtrack I have listened to, in which I found not a single track to like. I love the game, and the music works perfectly in it, but there was not one track on here that I would listen to on its own for enjoyment. Still, it's free and comes with the game, so check it out for yourselves.

Another Valve soundtrack that works perfectly in game, but is a hard listen on its own. Out of 40+ tracks, the only one that appealed to me was "Triage at Dawn". I love the game, and since the soundtrack is freely available as part of it, I would still recommend people to give it a listen and decide for themselves.

Like the case with other Valve soundtracks, this one is perfect for the game it was created for. For me Portal 2 is an almost unrivaled masterpiece. However, the tracks on the album, while perfect for the atmosphere of the game, are filled with discordant electronic noises, which make everything apart from the tracks "Science is Fun" and "Want You Gone" difficult to listen and enjoy.

Still, the album is part of the game package and has excellent technical quality. Since I love "Want You Gone", I definitely recommend listening to the album at least once and making up your own mind.

The soundtrack is mostly ambient music that works tremendously in the game, but is kind of pointless to listen to by itself. There is of course the one song from the game that everybody knows, and as always, it is a delight.

For me, personally this would be worth buying as an album just for Still Alive, but since it's free, I'd recommend giving it a listen and deciding if the ambiance clicks with you.

An excellent follow up to Orwell Keeping an Eye on You. The game is a bit shorter, however, it uses the brevity to offer even more flexibility in the choices regarding the plot. Most decisions will have a distinct outcome, which I loved. This is essentially a CYOA book that has a slick interface, decent OST and an above average story. A steal for the price. Like the first, I read it in one sitting and am grinning from ear to ear. Hats off. Wish the devs would make a third.

A short novel with lots of divergent secondary paths and several endings to the main path. Great execution and really fun to mess about with. I've had this in my library for years and am now kicking myself that I took so long to play it. Way above average for a VN. Even at full retail, I think it's a steal. I'm just going to get it again on some other store, just so I can support the devs and have a DRM free copy. I'm rarely this surprised with the level of a game. I basically sat down to check it out for about half an hour in the evening and played it till the sun rose. Extremely pleased.

A truly excellent game. Fireproof brings it yet again. Meticulous game design. Every puzzle feels like a work of art, and this game also expands on the ideas of the in-game universe beyond what we have seen so far. Definitely a full price buy. Hell, for this amount of money it's downright stealing :) Cannot recommend enough if you enjoy puzzles :) Makes me genuinely mad that I can't afford a VR set so I can play the next one :D

Excellent game. We finally get some answers to the mystery that we have been peeling back layers off of in the last two games. Very nicely done. The atmosphere and design are great as is the norm for the series. The only extremely minor criticism I have is that the controls can be a little finicky, but that gets floored by the rest of the games qualities.

A definite full price buy, and a very wonderful experience you can have on an afternoon some time.
