I Would like to recommend this game. Honestly, it has some awesome concepts that are unique to each level. The graphics & physics that unreal engine 5 is capable of producing gives this game an incredible look and feel that can really immerse you. You will probably finish the game within 5 hours, if you take your time to take in the sights. However, it's been more than 6 months since the dev has said anything about the game, which is concerning. It seems as if it has been abandoned unfortunately. There was much talk about more "levels" before the disappearance and even inferred by the end of the game (if you play the beta version). I can understand the difficulty of development but to not say anything at all leaves me to believe this is where the state of the game will remain indefinitely. That being said, I think it's still a worthwhile experience if you can play it with friends and get it for a decent price.

I miss this game.

Think Starship Troopers, Terminator (judgment day), Warhammer 40,000, StarWars, Wolfenstein, & Aliens (1986) all wrapped up into one, while still being its own original concept. The chaos this game brings is a cinematic masterpiece to behold, and you are the main character! Helldivers has the perfect blend of badassery and humor. You can tell there is a lot of passion and work that went into the development of this absolute gem.
This might just be my game of the year. Its been long since i've been inspired by a game. I was beginning to lose hope. We may just be entering into another golden age of gaming again. Thank you Helldivers. Now i must be going; we have a war to win! Godspeed HELLDIVER!!

Also canceling a game because of the decisions of its parent company, that the devs have little or no control over is brain rot of the highest order. Start thinking for yourselves every once and awhile.

THE GOAT

Truly a Remarkable feat of mankind. A 1 to 1 creation of this little pale blue dot we call earth. Yes, i can see the little solar panel field next to my home airport. Yes, i can land a helicopter in my cousins back yard. Yes, I pick out my own house and do a low pass in my sky hawk 172 or rocket down the Hudson river in a Super Hornet. But you know what the real beauty is? Those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sunsets and those clouds... its as if Thomas Cole came back to life just to paint them right on my screen.


My only gripe is there is no voice chat. Players should be able to talk on frequencies to make there callouts in the pattern so on and so forth. you know, like in real life?? it would make the feel more genuine as well as be good practice for us real pilots out there. We were also promised shared cockpit, still waiting on that one.
