Like Seriously it was fine playing Far Cry 5 a few days before today, now when i play Offline on it, it fails to start up the game, like wtf my internet is enabled and you are telling me Uplay is Offline like what the hell, i need help dealing with this garbage

I need help... I have tried playing this game but it wont let me shoot or select the options....arrow keys nor the mouse dont work ingame. All i can do is move with the wasd keys and die. Ive tried Deleting then restoring content of the game but that did nothing....I would rate this a 8 but i havent played it. What is wrong and how do i fix it.
