its a great game with friends. but be prepared to either actually sweat for giant mode in online if you play against someone who knows how to use the grapple hook. or be prepared to tryhard like crazy if you get the typical power-hungry giant player who will right off the bat start slapping his hands on the ground like an angry baby. either way a hella fun catagory of vr game to play with friends i just wish that they added more powerups and weapons to the game. overall its great but the updates are not substantial enough and i think thats why its kinda not talked about very much.

that and honestly the game just isnt worth $25 when you compare it to other games in the vr market that seem to offer more replayability. even with one player in flatscreen and the other in vr. i know they are very different games but phasmaphobia is a great example of a substantial game you can replay many times with flatscreen and vr buddies. tons of ghosts and maps and gadgets to use that work great for vr.

so yes this game was great and i even was hyped to try a patreon build with a buddy but theyre not doing enough to add to this game. and that sucks because the concept and gameplay especially on your first time playing it is SO MUCH FUN.

if you got a buddy to play with then yes this game is fantastic and you can have some hilarious combat. but it will grow stall after around 25 to 30 hours i would say.

like tarkov but more funni and less hackers.

this is so so true theo. i came back to this after uninstalling because i was hoping to see that this had somehow changed. games like PavZ, SalamiRP. tons of community maps and maps from other games with weapon skins from other games also. the blood gulch map. its honestly really sad. because this game was what i expected to always be the best vr fps. now it has done a massive downgrade in sake of a larger audience just like onward did. i copy'd that post from a user named theo btw for the most part, it is exactly what i was thinking when i was looking at the lobbys and seeing nothing but the same maps.

it legitimately would have just been better if pavlov on ps was its own standalone thing with its own servers, but i think this game is probably past its golden age like many great community's and its because of a financial choice it seems. overall it just genuinely makes me sad that the vr game ive invested the most hours in by far has essentially been ruined and i don't think it'll ever have a real sense of community ever again.

really sucks dude.

cant even download on the free multiplayer weekend. greedy lame publishers too. bad game.

give these guys a budget to work with.

me and my brother are enjoying the game but it has alot of problems

-doesn't take that long to move a doorstop
-enemies shoot you through walls
-enemies need much better and more fluid animations. really hard to tell if one is gonna surrender so your punished for stealth kills
- rappelling system is pretty jank (walking on nothing?)
- not enough player interactivity and team-play potential. other people mostly just crowd up the hallway in all honesty.
-in general movement is super stiff. for your team aswell as the ai. its pretty cool having them move furniture and hide under tables but when theyre walking around and ♥♥♥♥ they have no lifelike movement.

very solid foundation and idea that if they make good on their word and polish the crap out of this game then itll dominate siege.

Im only giving it a positive cause this has potential as a free game. fix the car physics and especially the cops please.
