Are you kidding me??? I just finished the first chapter and the game that gave me the most exquisite 3D lighting and animation during those 3/4hours now is giving me a “kill bill act” in traditional animation!!!! What a game, more than that what a journey till now. Game science you’re not just game makers, you are a cultural marvel, enabling us to discover those traditional tales in the most exciting way. Your teams of artists have to be praised for this piece of work!!

Fromsoft guys are genuises. If you want to live dozens of hours in Miura Kentarō's world, if you wanna kill dragons on the edge on a cliff or assassinate the dark lord of a castle that has 4km high towers and find on his body the legendary weapon you were looking for, this game is for you. To say that this DLC is epic would be underwelming.
It is a masterpiece of leveldesign, character animation, art direction and everything that is good for a video game. And it's hard, very hard.

this game gives the same fun and enjoyment that i had when i was 12. It's a genuine fantasy for the 40 years old scifi fan that i am! Thanks Arrowhead, you're the best guys. And no worry for the little issues, we know that you are doing your part and more :)

And the game is great, not a masterpiece but fun 95% of the time. Don't understand the bad critics. It's not Arkham, get over it.

this game is everything you want from an action game and i can"t say it except in french "ce jeu transpire la classe, à tous les niveaux!"

Ultimate boomer game in the best way possible. Classy, violent, 80's ref at it's finest, smooth fun and really not too tough gameplay, beautiful if you got a good config. Me 40 years old gamer is happy to have spent 40 bucks on this game!

ok this is it, if this game wasn't 2020 GOTY it has to be in 2023.
Listen i'm talking about a game which not only has the writing level of a AAA movie but also cultural, artistic, cinematic references like no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ other. i'm talking about a game which, with the pathtracing overload mode is the closest thing to a valid metaverse. I can lose myself inside this game like no other artwork and i am a movie addict and a 3d motion designer.
This game is an artistic and immersive masterpiece, nothing less.

This game would have been my second best of the year if i had bought it two weeks ago, just after ER.
It is simply the closest in a game to live in an actual movie. AMAZING AD, AMAZING LIGHT, AMAZING ENVIROMNENTS, AMAZING MOCAP, AMAZING SOUNDDESIGN (probably even the best period). And for the clumsy gameplay yes it is annoying but it serves the direction, you have to get this heavy and slow camera just to get the time to appreciate all the details of your surroundings.
The atmosphere in this game reminds me of the heaviness and paranoia of the movie "The thing" if it had been set in the Nostromo of "Alien".
And you know what, you die a lot in this game and it's often unfair but the scenes you're making by playing are so cool, beautiful and fun that i'm not even mad when i die repeatedly, on the contrary i enjoy every death...

PS: all the reviews about the performances of the game are important, i didn't get any low framerate nor bugs because i got a very big PC and i took the game after patches.
