Sehr kurzweiliges Aufbau-Spiel.

The foundation has been laid and there is potential for a great city-builder. However, this potential has not been realized.

Good things:
- Network-Building: Putting down roads and rails is much less frustrating that in CS1. Building extensive interchanges and complicated crossings is easy and fun. The road tools are probably my favorite part of CS2.
- Mixed Zoning: Finally exists and works well, but is very limited as it only exists as medium density with a very limited asset availability
- Graphics: While not the best looking game out there, I like the more realistic look of cities. Especially the more realistic scaling of things is great.

Neutral:
- Traffic Simulation is improved over CS1, but there seems to be bugs limiting its full potential
- Deeper simulation systems, that don't always do what I expect

Negative:
- Performance is still poor. Despite patching, the game still runs slow even on high-end hardware.
- Independent of FPS, simulation speed grinds to a halt in larger cities.
- Simulation elements don't really have much impact on the gameplay

Currently, I cannot recommend this game. Can it be a good City Builder? Sure, but right now it is at best Early Access.
