This game needs to come with warning labels! This is one of those games that will have you saying just 1 more game after it has handed your arse back to you, only for you to realise that the sun has set / risen, hours have vanished & STILL you ain't wanting to stop playing! It will have you tearing your hair out in frustration 1 minute & then screaming with joy so loudly the neighbours will think you've won the lotto in the next minute.... There is every chance that you will make any sailor blush with the expletives bursting forth in rapid succession, the neighbours will wonder what the hell you're doing to carry on so BUT no matter how badly it is going you won't be able to help yourself but to play 1 more round! YES IT IS THAT GOOD! Brace yourself for your newest addiction! :D

For those who want to compare this game with Tsuro, DON'T! just don't! That's like comparing a piece of glass with a diamond, look to my hours played thus far, I think you can clearly see that I know which of the 2 is the diamond. And before you think "but she hasn't played Tsuro!" ummmm yes I have - TOTAL PLAYED 4 hours, it is in my Steam library, so I know exactly what I am talking about.

For his 1st rodeo I would have to say that the dev has produced & presented a game that he should be justifiably proud of, especially considering that by the dev's own admission that this type of game he is not so good at. With tiles that are built dynamically & 100% random, no 2 matches will ever be the same.
Toss in:

• 9 different colours at your disposal.
  
• An easy to use UI.
  
• A decent variety of maps, challenges & trophies to collect as well as the achieves - with more to come in the new year!
  
• FANTASTIC value for money.

For me I have found very little if anything at all worth complaining about in regards to what my money has bought.

Being able to unlock different new trail & background colours only takes as long as it takes you to spend the time playing the game to unlock trophies which reward you with gems. So with 9 colours thus far & more coming you have plenty to choose from. Visually the game is stunningly beautiful. This game is responsible for the most spectacular screenshot I have ever taken in a puzzle game! Visually it is a tour de force.

I have found that some of the colours (to my eyes) make seeing the trails hard at times but I have found that swapping / switching either the background or trail colour usually solves this issue for my eyes.

EDIT.... This issue has been addressed & fixed by the dev :D

Simple & basic, straight forward, easy to use, however the settings do lack sliders for sound & music as well as other features that some may find inconvenient. However this is not a deal breaker for me since there is every chance the dev may very well upgrade the settings & UI at a future date.

I have a confession to make. I don't actually listen to the music.... I turned it off because the sounds are so damn satisfying to listen to as I play! LOL! Seriously! :P I probably may have left it on in the background IF there was an in-game slider to adjust the volume. BUT honestly the sounds are oddly deeply satisfying to listen to as you play & I often think that the music would detract from the atmosphere & ones ability to focus.

Easy to Play & Challenging to Master. The object of the game is to create trails, the longer the better! Longer trails means MORE possibilities for combos & higher scores. Strategy & planning a must in a game where every move matters!

I love this game so much that I made what seemed impossible possible by creating a guide for a game that the central mechanic is so random it turned out to be more of a tutorial on exactly how to play & how it all works.

IF you are looking for the ULTIMATE unforgettable, highly addictive puzzler in the genre then look no further! I rarely buy games within a minute of it having been released, let alone pay the asking price on its release. I usually sit back & wait for a bargain on it which usually means paying well under 50% of it's initial asking price.

But this was different, I took 1 look at the trailer & barely watched 20 seconds in before throwing it onto my wish-list. I knew then & there that I would pay whatever the asking price was because I instinctively knew that this game was going to be something extra special.... AND IT IS just that & oh so much more!

I paid just over $17 for this game & I surely got my money's worth many, many play hours ago. I loved it so much that I gifted a copy to my son whom also has been finding immense enjoyment also playing it. After more than 4 decades of gaming you learn to spot the lemons quickly & the hidden lil gems stand out when you do accidentally stumble across their path.

The dev tells me that the new content coming to the game in the new year will be free. Personally I would happily pay whatever amount he wanted at full price if he decided to charge for it. YES THE GAME IS THAT GOOD!

So what are you waiting for? Don't hesitate to buy this game! 11/10
