If you're a newer player and you want to learn the ropes, you're pretty much better off learning by yourself. If you go asking for advice, you'll likely either be micromanaged to hell or get a custard pie in your face.

I've owned the Xbox 360 version of this game since it first came out and even after being weathered by time and use, it still functions better than this version.
My personal favourite game of all time, and it pains me to know that even it's own makers don't hold it in nearly the same regard as I and others do.
If you can tolerate occasional crashes and random framerate drops, then be sure to get it while the sale is still on. Otherwise, I'd save your 15 bucks for some takeout.

A very entertaining idea made into an equally entertaining game.
The addition of BOTS in single player games functions fluently and the BOT comments adds a bit of life to what's usually a soulless environment.
However, I've noticed that BOTS tend to entirely focus on the player when their seen, actively chasing them without ever stopping and ignoring other enemies. Hopefully this is something fixable in a future update since it often breaks the balance of the gameplay.
Of course, I prefer Pirates and love playing the Captain, but I reckon there's a sufficient fanbase for any of the three teams.
