I haven't wrote a single review in the 11 years of owning steam.
The reason I'm doing so now is because I felt like expressing my gratitude for this masterpiece.

The past few years with lockdowns and all that I had a lot of free time for gaming but I just couldn't enjoy the games the same way I used to before covid. I just got bored of them so quick and it felt like the repetitive same old same old that lots of AAA games have nowadays.

I heard so many good stories about God of War that I had high expectations when I first bought it, and I'm so happy I did.
This game exceeds all expectations in every single way imaginable.

The character development of every individual you encounter is unique in its own way, the way the world is build is absolutely breathtaking and its amazing to just explore all the little things hidden away. Its so immersive and you really get to feel for Kratos and his son. Every time you start up this game you're in for a new adventure, not one time have I felt like something I was doing seemed familiar. Its much more than just a hack-and-slash game, the fighting mechanics are really well thought through and feel really smooth, the graphics are absolutely amazing. I can easily say that God Of War is on my Top 3 best games ever played.
