I've had my fill of 7 Days to Die Again. I generally run a server with my friends. I constantly had the urge to play it but it's running into the same issue it always has.

Starting with Alphas, I had a lot of fun but after day 100 or so, the game just sort of lost it's flavor. It had a lack of end game content so once you got level 6 everything, it had no rhyme or reason to keep playing.

Then 1.0 released and the game had the same issue. Not only did all the weather things go away, it turned into a collect the armor set for a passive boost. The looks and feel of the armor ultimately became boring and after reaching the "end game" with no further content, it really took all the fun out of it. Also, placing specific traders in specific biomes? That's really dumb overall (having to deal with only rekt for the first 2 hours got annoying).

I was excited when 2.0 got announced and the weather system was coming back. Boy, was I pleasantly upset and shocked on how messed up they did it. I expected change in perks (Making progression more expensive is not a revamp). I expected weather to come back but it's useless once you get your biome badge. The storm system is wild and unpopular, all i have to do is cover my head and make some walls in less than 1 minute, then wait 5-10 real life minutes. It gives you so much HP/AP ammo that I dont have to craft any for horde night. Late game difficulty in form of Blue/Orange zombies is NOT a challenge. Also, the plague spitter and frostclaw are easy to kill once you reach Desert Eagle/Sniper/SMG.

Once again, by day 45, with a gyrocopter (still trash), concrete wall enclosed base, and level 5/6 weapons, the game had no depth and I had no desire to play it anymore. All in all, what was once a great survival horror game, has now turned into a fun for 1-2 weeks followed by months of forgetting about it. They will release another update, which will cause all progress to reset once again and back to square 1.

The devs need to look at their player base and see what the fans want. The audacity to charge $8 dollars for COSMETIC is crazy. They don't even look that good if I'm being brutally honest. At this time, I cannot recommend this game. The mod community is nice for it, but I don't have time or patience to mod the game, especially if there's no end game content. The devs are promising bandits/story line (who is the Duke and why should I care) and Trader Revamp (whatever that means). Hopefully, I can alter my review in 2-3 years once they decide where to take this game.

Until the developers fix the issues with hackers, this game is not fun and can ruin the experience (especially if hacker is on your team during a team match because the community will force lose in order to stop hacker). The game servers are also buggy and the modes are quite limited. Wait until developers update servers and add more game modes. Game can get repetitive very quickly. Not even fun to play with friends.

Crashing CONSTANTLY. The game isnt designed to handle playing online cause people constantly crash when you're in process of having to mortgage and demolish houses. Ubisoft needs to fix this problem immediately. Do not buy monopoly plus, just get regular monopoly.

This game is a whole lot of fun and a great game to play with your buddies. Grab four friends and go rob the world.
