I wasn't able to respond yet because I had a lot on my plate the last couple of days. I've discovered that I am able to be a productive member of society when not playing Dead by Daylight. Anyways, yes I've tried your breathing exercise. It helped me through the endgame chat. I've managed to not insult my opponent 4 games in a row. That's huge progress for me. But sadly I can't breathe enough to not write hate comments under my opponents profiles, I've become a literal steam locomotive huffing and puffing trying to resist the urge to comment under the profile. But in the end I sadly lost the battle, you can see the result with all the Russian under my profile.

thank you for your message, it means a lot. I've decided to stop playing Dead by Daylight indefinitely because of people like your kind. I've decided that hitting myself in the balls over and over again is way more fun than games vs bliight. And watching the recent developments in dbd I can't say it was a bad decision.
I've found a new home in Apex Legends, in that game I can even be mean to people via voice chat, its a whole new experience for me. And the best part their servers are as laggy as the Dead by Daylight ones.
