early acess survival game. Same benefits same problems like every other early access survival game. but it was fun for 5 hours.

such a strange game. Not really good but somehow i like havig it.

i don't like that zombies respawn even in rooms with just one entrance and no chance that they could have gone there in a normal way.

it freezes on loading unless you skip the many cutscenes.
This allone makes it almost unplayable especially with checkpoints way to far of, so that you have to play some levels 3 or more times just to see every cutscene.
Also the tutorial treats you like an Idiot, the game is badly converted. And it has quite a few bugs that can occur some are gamebreaking (like events that make your charakter freeze up, but than nothing happens).
The story looks quiete unoriginal and boring and the new protagonist just seems to be a more boring mercer. Old game mechanics are recycled but overall the charakter feels just less fun to play around with.
To be fair i haven't played it that much and there is some kind of progression system in place, so that could change during the game.

Also so many cutscenes that i wonder if they rather had made a movie than a game.

This is one of the many games that tried to be a strategy game and a shooter and edingt up being bad at both.
- Other than most of those games, it can be fun for a fiew battles and even has a good difficulty for pros and beginners.
- The Camapain is a conquest mode that is filled with some interesting characters that build up your councils. Every now and than you have to solve ther issues or make politics between the battles. At first i really loved that, there are a few very distinct characters and the voice actors did a brilliant job. But there is a big issue in that:

- THIS GAME IS PUSHING AN AGENDA: In the way the characters act and present their oppinions as well as in the Issues that are presented is a very clear undertone of regressive left feminism. i don't talk about the advocacy of womens rights feminists. I talk about that free speach hating mob, that denies facts and spread out lies like all man are sexist, all whites are racists and die 'killallwhiteman thing.
- To be clear the games gives you everytime the option to choose otherwise, but the presentations makes it very clear what "should be" the right choice.

Hopefully dragons will be flying free in the future and not being missused for toxic agendas.

i can really recomand that game.

it's a solid 4 player coop WITH online Multiplayer (some old review stated (now) wrongly that it hasn't have that). The game is like space hulk, if spacehulk would be a fps and its a very good concept.

the game is pretty good in keeping it simple. there are not a lot of enemies, not much weapons and stuff, but everything works just fine and the developer is still active, so more contend seems likely.

Oh and it has a map generator that you can make very random, so playing again and again, dosen't become lame.

EDIT: Also the developer is very active and does respont so suggestion I really like that

If you like space marines and stuff, this game is for you.

Good game, but the most DLC are really bad

Update2: They made an update recently. This brought back the service wich is good, but also seemed to have destroyed the good balance the game had once, and upped the pay to win a notch. I thing it is still a decent game but you should take it with a grain of salt. Also their are a lot of pro gamers from the good old days and not much chivalry among them, so getting into the game might be hard. I still give it a recomendation at least till I see the end of the sof launch period that is currently happening.

This game doesn't get the playercount It deserves.

Normaly I don't like free to pay games, but this one is not pay to win. And the time you need to spend in the game to get you up and running with other mechs and weapons isn't at all that great.

The gamefeeling is more like a powerarmour than a Mech, but it plays very well and has a lot of balanced content.
The matchmaking isn't that good, but its no problem finding a game.
UPDATE: Sadly this game is nearly dead. Very hard to find a game now.

The different mechs can be personalised with different weapons (3 per Mech) consumables and interior. The changes aren't that big in most cases, but can suit different play stiles. Together with the different mech-types there is enough room for tactical choices, but not too much stuff to irritate newcomers.

It has quite a few Match types (like DM, TDM, Missile Assoult evt.) and maps for coop and copetitive gaming.

It's definetly worth a try, if you like shooter and/or mechs.

Pro
- The voice acting is great
- there is a lot of the classical south park humor.
- There is a good fast travel system.
- Nearly every season has a little part in the game

Contra
- some unessesary blockades,
- a few invisible walls
- a few bugs forces you to reload.
- The game hasn't free save possibility
- not a good inventory manegement
- it has the overall feeling of a console port to it (not using the full potential of mouse and keyboard).
- no respec and a lvl cap (15), which isn't mentioned in the game itselve.
- after a short while the world becomes very empty because you have little to none interactive possibilities besides shops and quests.
- You can't configure the keys.
- The playtime is rather short
- The game has nearly no replay value.
-also most of the stuff you find is useless when you get it and there is no restart with your equip after beating the game.
- Fights even in "hard" mode are extremly easy and with little to none tactival components
- Attacks are little klick at the right time events
- You can't skip the display of the development and Franchise Labels, when starting the game
- you can't title savegames
- some of the extras (like weapons, chinpokomon etc.) are only collectable during certain quests
- You get lots of cartman, but not much of Stan or Kenny

In the end its a funny game with a bad but playable desing. If you like the humor than you will most likely be able to ignore its flaws and enjoy a funny game. But if you a not a fan of southparkI can't recomend this for you.

Das Spiel ist mittlerweile sehr alt und läuft nicht mehr überall. Aber für mich ist es immernoch das Spiel mit der meisten Atmosphäre überhaupt.
Es gibt nur wenige Spiele in denen so viele Details einfach wirken als wäre eine funktionierende Welt abgebildet und nicht einfach nur eine Welt durch die ein Hauptcharakter toben soll. Die Meisten Gegenstände wirken natürlich Platziert, die Grafik sehr stimmig und die Synchronsprecher Meister ihres Faches und die Dialoge sehr unterhaltsam.

Es ist natürlich nicht perfekt und schwächelt gerade mit fortschreitender Geschichte an Stagnierenden NSC und besitzt keine wiederholbaren Quests oder weiterführende ausbaumöglichkeiten (wie Hausbau, crafting usw.). Dies ist zum Teil dem Alter zum Teil aber auch dem Fokus der Entwickler auf andere Dinge zuzuschreiben und sollte kein Grund sein auf dieses Spiel zu verzichten.

Keiner der von sich behauptet Rollenspiele zu mögen sollte sich Gothic (und ich spreche hier nur vom ersten Teil) entgehen lassen.
