This is one of the many games that tried to be a strategy game and a shooter and edingt up being bad at both.
- Other than most of those games, it can be fun for a fiew battles and even has a good difficulty for pros and beginners.
- The Camapain is a conquest mode that is filled with some interesting characters that build up your councils. Every now and than you have to solve ther issues or make politics between the battles. At first i really loved that, there are a few very distinct characters and the voice actors did a brilliant job. But there is a big issue in that:

- THIS GAME IS PUSHING AN AGENDA: In the way the characters act and present their oppinions as well as in the Issues that are presented is a very clear undertone of regressive left feminism. i don't talk about the advocacy of womens rights feminists. I talk about that free speach hating mob, that denies facts and spread out lies like all man are sexist, all whites are racists and die 'killallwhiteman thing.
- To be clear the games gives you everytime the option to choose otherwise, but the presentations makes it very clear what "should be" the right choice.

Hopefully dragons will be flying free in the future and not being missused for toxic agendas.

I do agree with what you said though, just not how spinned it. Althoug the language barrier ends up explaining a bit. And I don't like the game but I don't hate it either, it tried being a lot of things at once, and in turn didn't flesh out all of the mechanics and writing, I like what it attempted to be, just not how it turned out.

You don't get my point. I could be because I can't make it clear. English isn't the first language I learned and I have certain barriers, when i try to comunicate in that language. Right now I got the feeling that we are moving in circles.
So sry you don't feel the same way as me about that game. If you like it, thats okay with me, but I don't. If my opinion is objectivly true or not is of no importance. I honestly felt that way when I played it and since the recommendation function is about a personal recommandation I can't give it a positive review for the stated reasons. And don't be fooled by the little hours i put in this game on stam. The steam version doesn't work on my computer, but i have an gog version where i played 6 hours, so it is not that i dind't give it any chance.

But yea, all of the logical inconsistences are more birthed due to stereotypes and not bothering to flesh out arguments from the different groups/races, sure it's stupid and lazy of the writers but that's not on the level of pushing an agenda.

I do understand and agree with what you're saying here, although in the review you act as if it's only one group that is being exaggerated and that it's "Pushing an agenda" with that logic it would be pushing all agendas. The game while not fleshed out politically doesn't really appear to push any agenda, all of the characters are unrealistic and make weak arguments. And what you can and cannot do politically tends to be shallow, it's mostly because the politics were tacked on compaed to the rest of the game. The Elves are stereotypical extreme lefists, the dwarves are stereotypical capitalist and so on, so rather than putting on a "propoganda" spin to it that isn't there wouldn't it be better to talk about how stupid the stereotypes are in general? And how they should have bothered to take the time to flesh out all of the arguments?

There seems to be a big missunderstanding here. I totally got that the characters are stereo types and tend to the extreme, thats really not what I have a problem with. My problem is the way they are presenting there arguments. Let me give you an example:
When they have the problem with the "free press", no one makes an argument about freedom of speech, or the extended problems that come with controlling the media (in my opinion that should have been the lizards perspective). Instead the dwarf goes about finances, and the religios fanatics are supporting them. So the bookburners and the greedy ones are the only ones that can see problems with restricting free speach. Otherwise the literate scientists, and "free minded" people try to diminish this much important right. If you have followed the discussions on free speach in the western world für the last years, you should see the strawman thats build up there.

Last follow up: What I'd to point out is that it doesn't really have any "realistic" characters from either side, they're all exaggerated versions of people on the fence, people to the left and people to the right. You have overly goodie two shoes won't do anything Elves, you have the over apathetic and religion based Undead and then others that just don't care. If you think they should have bothered doing more realistic character then I can see what you're going for, but literally all of the groups portrayed in this game are extreme and unrealistic.

Thank you for for responding in a non trollish way (It's all too common). Weren't there strawmen for the right side as well? Just think about the elves, they're insanely unrealistic and if you go competely pacifistic and goodie two shoes then nothing works, there are logical falicies presented from both sides fromw what I've seen, you have some charaters that are wayy into profit at the loss of territory and alliences, and there are also charaters that are so against it (Because they don't want to hurt the earth) that you can't afford anything and immediately run into a wall progress wise. IMO, I think that all of the characters are in a way extreme parodies of certain positions, as an example the lizard was an intellectual to the point he was unbearable and wasn't good at getting along with anyone, and on the other hand you have a more "Just punch things character" which is far easier to deal with but isn't great with certain advice.

To the follow up: I'm not wondering that the extreme left ist hating on this, they hating on almost everything latly. yes I noticed that the main character is a man. No you cant kill everyone all you can do is make a yes or no decision there is no more interaction with the characters. And yes you have al theese choices but I don't like the way in which they are presented. I don't want safe spaces. As you can see I won't delete your comments.

Your right it also tries to be an RPG, but doing not a fine job with that. The RPG elements are reduced to 1 decision/round. So sry for not mentioning that, I thought that this were to little elements to really count. I don't have a problem that extreme statements are part of the discusion, but with the way they are presented. it felt to me like you have a choice to play evil or good (right or left) by the way the characters reacted to that. Especially in the case of freedom of speach thing. Where the "right" side was clearly a left side strawmen. And have you realised the reactions of the princesses,
