+Rep It started when I tried to trade my Dragon Lore skin in CS. A guy named "Skattemusen" messaged me, promising a sweet deal—his Butterfly Knife, plus a StatTrak AK-47. Sounded too good, but he seemed legit, so I bit.

He suggested "verifying" the trade through a third party, and before I knew it, my Dragon Lore was gone. I was furious, but then, the doorbell rang. It was my mom, holding roses. “Do you know a guy named Skattemusen?” she asked, blushing. My heart sank.

Turns out, he had charmed my mom during the “verification” process. She’d already sent him $500, believing he was helping me. Next thing I know, she’s planning a getaway with him to some resort, and he’s got her paying for it all.

I lost my skin, my mom’s money, and got grounded for “lying.” Skattemusen? More like the greatest con artist ever.
