A fun little game with a bit of jankiness. It's not huge, but it's a cool side game to play when you have a few hours to spare.

I haven't personally experienced any performance issues with a 3070Ti and i9-13900k. The micro transactions are very meh as they're all farm-able materials. I don't know why they're even being sold, if I'm being honest. It seems like a massive oversight... But that doesn't effect the outcome of the actual game. We saw similar things with MHW, and that's still one of my favorite games of all time.

Overall, so far, the gameplay feels good. The animations can be a bit wonky, specifically the falling and some of the talking animations, but its well enough. Combat is fun, the story is interesting. Seemingly just a good ol' Action RPG. Kinda what you'd expect from a sequel to DD1.

I hope they fix the performance issues others are having, but I've been having a good time and recommend this for action RPG players, especially if you liked Dragon's Dogma 1.

Thank you sony for backing down on that awful decision. Now Helldivers 2 can return to shining brightly in the sea of video games!

Its unfortunate that I have to change my review, because Helldivers 2 is an absolutely fantastic game that is now being crushed under the thumb of Sony. They're now requiring a PSN account in order to play the game, which, for many of us who do not want a PSN account, or even worse who can't get a PSN account because of PSN limitations on countries, makes the game now unplayable. This is a shame as I truly saw HD2 as a GOTY contender.

Every moment feels like an epic fight for your life and the future of mankind. Each battle a cinematic masterpiece. You really get strong "main character" energy from this game as you dive dodge away from a charger, lining up a rail gun shot to put through it's dome.

And then you only make a 0.0002% difference in the war effort. Would fight for Super Earth again.

Hopefully the devs work out any issues, bugs, and crashes folks are experiencing. It's been running near flawlessly for me.

This is.. an MMO, I guess? The only thing that seemed fleshed out was tutorial island, and I mean just barely. The rest of the game is just wide open spaces with hardly any monsters or resources. The controls are janky, the class system is janky. I like the idea of an open world sandbox game, but there has to be *some* direction. In this game there is none, not even NPCs.

Its like an updated Gang beasts with animals. Hilarious, and stupid fun.

It's like No Man's Sky if NMS has purpose and enjoyable companions.

The game has deserved every award it's won. You've seen the reviews, if you're considering getting it, just get it already. If you're into RPGs at all, you won't regret it.

It's fun, and I normally hate MOBAs

From a new player's perspective, this is a really fun game, and possible one of the best Free to play games on the Steam marketplace. It's Sci-Fi Tarkov, with a dev team that clearly cares about the success of the game. Doing 'naked' rat runs is probably the most fun I've had in a FPS game. I'll update this review the more I play, but 14 hours in, and I'm getting ready to dive in and play some more! It's free to play, what are you waiting for ? Try it for yourself!

Also, big shout out to the community. Just today I've ran into 3 people who I called out to as 'Friendly' and they left me be and passed through the area without directly starting a fire fight.

Been playing with buddies, have literally no idea what the story is but damn if it isn't fun.
