Play the game for yourself and form your own opinion. If you are upset that you can play as Ben Franklin of the Russian Empire, the just don't do that, Play as the Americans. If you think that this is fun to mix and match, then go have a blast!

TLDR: I enjoyed the game, and know that Firaxis will improve it as they have in every past Civ game.

Not really playable. Drops you right into a mission, no idea what you are doing or who/what anything is. Just force feeds it to you and you stumble your way through the opening mission while jittering around due to the lag. Once in the player lobby it seems similar to Destiny. Everything is behind a paywall unless you grind endlessly. Might as well play Destiny since it's playable at least.

Sony backpedaled and so I am now giving this game the love it deserves!
