Read Your post on rockpapershotgun regarding the warthog and lack of rudder. I am in the same situation, and I have assigned the "pseudo-mouse" thingie's x-axis to do the rudder's job, though you have to change the response curve from a straight line to be more like an "S". Actually works well... Hope this helps.
