ok to start off I think the game overall is good but in my opinion..........
a. mech lab is definitely a down grade
b. should be able to play whatever character you want
c. having only a story driven mode is not good there needs to be a sandbox mode
1. for example why not be able to take your star to any planet in the Inner Sphere and start to conquer it for your clan
2. maybe be able to have a MW5 Mercs mode where you can hire out to a Clan for 6 months to a year at a time and cause havoc to the inner sphere powers ( I know the Clans look at mercs as scum buuttt) and after gaining some rep have access to the clans equipment and weapons
d. game needs some optimization
Like i said game overall is worth it to play, for me just needs some fine tuning, and definitely a sandbox mode but I do recommend it, its "Mechwarrior"

Well i was really looking forward to this game , it has a lot of potential , and I,m sure things will improve so I will keep plugging away at it but just couldn't get into it like I wanted, I know its early access , and i know i have only played an hour, as far as appearances go I really dont have a problem with how the game looks, gathering resources is not horrible but i think if you have flora and fauna in a game you should be able to interact with it, not just certain items,ok my biggest gripe right now, not being able to craft a basic wooden spear until level 16 is nonsense , one of the most basic of survival tools, even easier than a stone axe in my opinion it is just not right, and way to slow of reactions when trying to scare a wolf away with torch you wave your arms like you have very poor motor skills, crafting is a bit convoluted atm , i feel like you move too slow just kinda of a sluggish feeling especially when climbing, combat definitely needs improved , do I recommend it, at this time no wait for a few months, let them them come out with some patches and hot fixes first, oh one more thing I was playing in endless mode

fun game

well i have to say that i am a little disappointed in the game, i played AOE way back in the late 90's and early 2000's and loved it been kinda thinking about it again and bit the bullet on AOE 4 i have to say the graphics dont really seem all that better ui kinda stinks, mechanics meh but the worst for me is the view you cant zoom out near far enough and for me its kinda a game breaker wish i could give it back , might be worth it if on sale but right now cant recommend

This game is good and fun to play if you find a modded server , several play styles for theses modded servers, i found one that fits me, its a pve server with pvp zones, stay away from the main servers and find a good modded server that fits your play style

Love this game had some trouble getting past the learning curve but still after a few hours into it found it was a great game , went through story mode , started a survival game, and working my way through SoA #1 atm, i would like to see increased backpack size, definitely increase storage trunk size, and would like to see the crafting part of game grow and be more involved especially in survival mode , but other than that at the moment a really great game
