I have played Dead island and Dead Island Rip Tide which I loved. I held Off on getting Dead island 2 because online all i heard was bad. Well I have no Idea what they were saying about it being bad. I think they have improved combat and mechanics. I also love that they have 3 Female character and 3 male character with different styles of fighting. The dialogue is fun and dynamic. I have really enjoyed playing. I highly recommend this game
