An instant classic for the arcade racing genre.
It's everything I've wanted from a racing game since I was playing Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 2 as a child in the arcade.
Buy it, love it.

Helldivers 2 was one of those games I was super excited for. I pre-ordered, I waited all night watching the countdown to install, and I absolutely loved it the first few hours I played.

However, with the direction the game has headed in, I simply cannot recommend this game.

The developers have proven consistently that they are incompetent, anti player and honestly spiteful towards the games fans.

Unfair is not difficult, however it seems that Arrowhead willingly flaunt their disregard for game development and balance.
Instead of rewarding player discovery and refinement of tactics or loadouts, they are squashed down by completey pointless and asinine nerfs.
Without fail, every weapon that was at once useful for dealing with broken ai behaviour, spawning or bugs, has been nerfed.
Every. Single. Time.
Their anti-fun strategy is an absolutely brain dead way of running a power trip game like Helldivers.
It boggles the mind.

Arrowhead's response to complains about this obviously anti consumer development practice, have been immature and dismissive.

Developers replying "git gud" when getting off on deliberately consistently being the worst part of the majority of their playerbases' days, absolutely boggles the mind.

It's such a shame, but this development studio and Sony absolutely must be held accountable.
Until then, I'm sorry but I absolutely cannot recommend.

If Steven Seagal made a game, this would be it.

GOLF!

Basically the settlement management DLC from Kingdom Come Deliverance in it's own game.
Really fleshed out for an early access, especially in Alpha.

Basically a spooky Stardew Valley with the inquisition and witch burning! What's not to like!

Surprisingly relaxing!
I get judged quite a bit for enjoying it so much, worth it though.

Honestly perfect. You're doing yourself a disservice if you haven't played it already...
If not, play it again.

Brutal, became a slave 20 minutes in.
