I found the game to be quite enjoyable! it is one of those early access games that gets developed by a dedicated deleloper who posts updates, talks to the community and really makes an effort to make the game all that it can be. I recieved the game back in June or July and since then it has seen a ton of updates. New sprites, new map options and new game mechanics. as well as changes that the community has asked for along the way! Brilliant IMO.

I am however bias, as i recieved the game for free.

I went into Foundation thinking it was a fun take on city building. After recieveing a key for the game about a week ago, ive already raked in almot 16 hours in the game next to a busy schedule. Id say im hooked. My GF would say i have a problem, I would say i am hooked.

I would not recomend this game if:
If you dont want the game to be the source of arguments with people around you about how you spend your time.

If that is not the case, and you want a great game with a great community, Foundation is for you! :)

I bought the game when it game out. At that point, it was not "worth every penny".

HOWEVER (!) the game has seen a ton of updates since then! I left the game alone between its release into early access, till the UI update came out. Since the UI update came out, the game has been an absolute blast!
I have about 500 games in my steam inventory, and this game is amongst my favorites!

No doubt the game require some interest in the tycoon genere, if you enjoy games like RCT, Airport Tycoon, Prison Architect etc. This game might very well be for you! if you enjoy airports or airplanes... i would imagine this game might be for you.

In Short: Great game, Great devs! The game still recieves regular updates, and has a good and friendly community! The devs also listen to what the community has to say!

Factorio just gets increasingly impressive by every update! $$$ well spent! :-)
