Y'know what annoys me? All these multiplayer games keep coming out, but by the time the ley gamer can get their hands on 'em people are already talking about whether those games are "worth it", what the metas are, who's good, what's bad, yada yada yada. As someone who browses the internet alongside playing games, I keep feeling like i can't just wonder or discover these games' new systems and mechanics and worlds because somehow everything is "solved" and "optimized" by some stranger hundreds of thousands of miles away from me a month ago during their limited access pre-releases. My opinions on a game end up starting as derivative of others' opinions, even though I started playing the second it was opened up to the world at large, because a small number of content creators were given the earliest of access as promo and now their opinions are everyone's opinions. It's annoying and I don't like it
