Come on, helldiver, get up. You're still needed down here on super-earth. You've been through a lot on the battlefield, but you survived and you must finish what the others started. Only you can end this war. Your family, your land, humanity, they all believe in you.

Beautiful, chill, atmospheric.

Good game. Over the past two years, indie developers have been incredibly pleased, first with Signalis and now with Book walker. The atmosphere, the idea, the references, everything is done perfectly. Sad for the players. Every second player is a screenwriter with over 50 years of experience. Every third player is a game designer. People can't just relax and surrender to the story. They cannot try to dive into it, and want to get an endless attraction. All they want is: Give me a twist! If there is a choice, it should result in 15 endings (I will go through only one, good if I will look at the rest on YouTube and I will not like 14 of them). Your dialogues, not Wilde! Your characters, not Dostoyevsky. As a result, it becomes painful for the developers, just like for the heroes of this game. Do not do it this way.
Another big respect to your 3d-artists. I appreciated their work and some textures from the substance library;) It would be good to correct the z-fights, which are quite a lot, in obvious places. And also do not abandon this idea and, possibly, create a series.

Отличная игра. За эти годы инди разработчики невероятно порадовали, сначала Сигналис, а теперь Бегущий по книгам. Атмосфера, идея, отсылки, все сделано отлично. Грустно только за игроков. Каждый второй - сценарист с опытом от 50 лет. Каждый третий - геймдизайнер. Люди не могу просто расслабиться и отдаться истории. Не могут постараться погрузиться в нее, а не получить бесконечный аттракцион. Все только и требуют: Дайте мне твист! Если есть выбор, он должен вылиться в 15 концовок (пройду я только одну, остальные дай бог посмотрю на ютубе и 14 из них мне не понравятся). Ваши диалоги, не Уайлд! Ваши персонажи, не Достоевский. В итоге за разрабов становится больно, так же как за героев этой игры. Не надо так.
Еще большой респект вашим 3д-шникам. Оценил их работу и некоторые текстуры с библиотеки сабстенса ;) Пожелаю поправить з-файты, которых довольно много, в очевидных местах. А так же не забросить эту идею и, возможно, создать серию.
