Observed pros and cons with a few hours of gaming, at least on the default difficulty:

PROS:
-You can play as Danny Trejo, up to four(4) Danny Trejos at once all using a Machete™.
-Shooting stuff feels great, almost everything seems viable and thus boils down to what mood you're in. Also includes throwing bricks for caveman strategies.
-You can pick up enemy weapons if you want to change gear, and ammo pickups seem generous.
-You can carry up to two bags, and you can also carry half a bag worth of loot without penalties.
-Seemingly infinite sprinting and generous sliding to move around, even while hauling two bags, so moving around isn't a slog.
-Stealth works on a 3 strike system, so even if there's 2 mistakes you can still beat it in stealth instead of a one-and-done system.
-You can blow up cars and kill a bunch of enemies in one fiery swoop.
-Has an option for solo offline mode, and if playing solo, you can command or even swap bots. Handy if you fall down and you want to switch to another character that hasn't fallen down to keep a run going.
-You can speed up the drilling/sawing with a simple timing minigame, so you always have something to do while waiting for doors to open up.
-Price is attractive: $20 maximum, and a generous discount+DLC offer until July 11th, 2024.

CONS:
-Somewhat frequent and random stuttering/framerate drops, though this self-corrected after about 20 seconds later in-game.
-Matchmaking was down for the first hour I played, but came back when I played again later. Unsure how frequent this is, likely due to the game running on epic game servers.
-Suffered at least one unreal engine crash at the start of a heist.
-Loadout customization is locked on random variant weapon drops. IE a Desert Eagle with a scope is a separate equippable item you can bring with you, but you cannot manually add a scope onto a regular Desert Eagle.
-Most of the heists are quick smash-and-grab styles of missions, though this can be a pro if you want to cycle through a bunch of missions swiftly or just want a quick hit of action.
-Sometimes enemies seem sparse and the heists seem empty because of it. Good for just getting through a mission, bad if you are itching to blast something.

Ultimately, the pros outweigh the cons, especially considering the price, and this can be at least considered a Good Game™.
