If someone starts flexing to you that they have over 60 FPS then ask them what their monitor frequency is. This is measured in Hertz (Hz) and tells you how many frames per second the monitor is CAPABLE of displaying. So a 60Hz monitor (common) will display 60fps max while a 240Hz monitor can display 240fps max. So the point is if someone flexes that 'I have 240 FPS' chances are they are not getting the benefit of it if their monitor is not 240 Hz. Most monitors are actually 60Hz while some better ones are 120Hz or so and really good expensive gaming ones like professional ones are 240Hz.
So it's highly likely that who ever is flexing their above 60fps isn't actually getting it due to their hardwares limitations.
