Exactly like Dark Souls 3 with major improvements. Getting lost in Dark Souls was like a punishment but getting lost in Elden Ring is like a reward. Co-op works better than ever and the bosses are very challenging while solo. Exploring is often worthwhile if a player is having a hard time since leveling up is primarily what you want if a boss is too much of a challenge. There are easier bosses and there are more difficult ones so I try to find all the ones I can take down now so I can become stronger to fight the harder ones with my friends later. This style of gameplay is rewarding in my opinion since I do not feel stuck if I cannot defeat one boss. This game is as good or better than some of my favorite Bethesda games.

It's far superior to that Skyrim-ass Elite Dangerous.
