Able to concentrate and stay focused for periods of several hours, even when tasks are relatively mundane, and doesn't make mistakes. They have a high boredom threshold. Good at organizing own work and usually finishes priority tasks on time, but there is less evidence of organizing the work of the team. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, Jr TzuguY sometimes fails to complete the task because unprepared to work extra hours to meet the deadline. Or completes the task, but with some serious flaws. Jr TzuguY has outstanding artistic or craft skills, bringing creativity and originality to the task.
