Good game, but optimization could be better. It's nowhere near the same tier of ♥♥♥♥ optimization like Monster Hunter Wilds atleast, and theres news on some updates that will hopefully alleviate some of the issues. Still doesn't excuse the current landscape of ♥♥♥♥ performance in all these recent games but I guess its something. And this game is still a Team Ninja classified banger despite the small hiccups.

Deus Ex meets Blame! meets Blade Runner. Between this and Beyond Citadel we shooter fans be eatin gud this year so far.

If you like immersive sims and Terry A. Davis this games probably for you.

a must have in other to play this game

2025 just started and we already have this gem of a game. Definitely get it if you are a fan of shooters.

vast improvement over the various elona verions i've played. Elin might just be one of my favorite games i've ever played, straight up.

Edit after about 400 hours: This still has been the most enjoyable game I've played in a long ass time, if ever. All the wacky, unhinged stuff that many people here have told is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ fantastic, but I also wanna quickly shoutout how genuinely beautiful and soulful this game can be as well. Like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, maybe I'm just being a ♥♥♥♥♥ but I found myself getting attached to some of the locations and characters which I completely didn't expect. Normally couldn't care less bout most videogame characters and stories, so that was a nice surprise. Bravo Noa.

But yea, If you like Kenshi, Stardew Valley, Morrowind or Dwarf Fortress or whatever (those are just some of the games that come to my mind) definitely check this game out. Elin is top-notch in both the world of roguelikes and survival games, to the point of "tf is the point of playing others lol." And don't let the Early Access tag scare you off. This game has enough content right off the bat, that one could easily spend 3 to 4 digit hours into this easily. And Noas been updating the game (more then once sometimes) everyday for the past month, and is now switching gears to bigger, more gameplay focused updates. And not to mention the growing moddin scene for this is lookin bretty gud. Eat ♥♥♥♥ AAA companies, get absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mogged by a single japanese man lmfao
