I am just a casual player.
I really like the game and loved it but what killing it for me are the ZOMBIES ...


Junky attacks
They are moving slowly but suddenly they run faster than you !
Instantly move over 5 meters with no time for your melee weapon to react in time and hit you using their Junky animation attack.

Infinite spawn ?
It's fair for keeping the player under the pressure of being overwhelmed and cornered but the rate is totally too high even in the lowest difficulty and can be sometimes higher than highest difficulty and it increases with time, they will appear from nowhere, and use their junky attack again.

Killing them is useless
I mean for real, if I killed a group of zombies in a closed area I should be safe for a while right ? room for breathing ? Nope... you kill one, the family will spawn so close to you. Yes they come in packages ...

GPS
They keep heading towards your location, using stealth ? it may keep them a way for a while but still they will receive updates on your location.

Zombies holding shields ?
Why not sending zombies with still strong arms than a living human that can hold shields
that will block your attacks and they wont drop them till the end . No problem at all so RNG will send a squad full armored zombies to you at the same time.
I don't mind them but one or two not the whole department ...

I like challenges but frustrating is a different story.
Not mentioning the disconnects, crashes and bugs that will result in losing all of your efforts forever. It's just a pure frustration .

Game is out for a while guys, fix the MAIN issue with your game then I will recommend it.

Man I miss kid zombies ...

They don't even bother to copy paste updates notes in steam and they force you to go to their website.

Slow, lazy and never fulfilled promises. Updates take years, most of them to fix what the last update broke. Care about money more than the game and players I understand that but how about listening to the community for once ?
Banning Mods when seeing players start to make things better than them.

The game in it's earlier stages was better than now. Passion is gone for devs.

What a shame to watch the game slowly dying ...

Load the game with my language set to Turkish even when I choose English, btw I am from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we speak Arabic not Turkish !

Game that wont care about the starting language ... I am sure it doesn't care about players and only want my money...

Runs bad and freeze every 2 seconds.
Bad save system, will load you waaay before saving.

Game will not let you pass the start menu without forcing you to use a controller !

+ They won't make a remake for this one for sure.

I dislike how this game focus on showing Middle East as an evil region.
Why we don't see this happen in western countries ?

I will Never buy any NBA games, You can't play my career because they closed the servers !

I will try to give you some information about some of the mechanics of the game that make Steel Ocean more fun than other navel games.
( Sorry for bad English )

Note: I have +2480 hours in WOWs and +1100 Hours in Steel Ocean. I have tried both !

In Steel Ocean,
● There is No RNG, No Radar, No Healing, No Auto Aim !

● Fast Gameplay. less time doing nothing and wait while you spend your time steering and shooting.

● Team Deathmatch mode. where you can respawn when your ship got destroyed.

● Recohai ?? Not here.
If a shell landed with poor angle it may not cause full damage but still it will cause impact damage !

● No Infinite Ammo !
Main Artillery Ammo, Torpedoes and even AA Ammo are limited and you can choose how much and which type to bring.

● Battleships and Heavy Cruisers can destroy CVs with one salvo only !

● Commanders, There are a lot of commanders that have Unique skills. DD Commanders, BB commanders and so.
You may see 2 Gearing in a battle , but each one has it own playstyle depending on the commanders been used. ( You can assign up to 5 commanders in a ship and no need for retraining them .. they are smart and will handle any ship )

● Aiming is a skill you gain via experiences.

● Detected ?. You have no idea whether the enemy can see you or not until you see rain of shells coming at you from the sky ( logic )

When Aiming with guns, you have to wait to gain more accuracy for better dispersion! If you were stationary you gain accuracy faster and the same area you shoot the more accuracy you will have with the next shot ( logic )

● There is No Citadel to aim at water line to hit it, a good salvo can do +50% HP damage and Yamato is the only ship that can take down full HP Battleship with one salvo ! Still you can penetrate to the magazine room if you land a good shot ( Full HP Battleship may survive the magazine detonation )

● No Shell's Flying Slow Motion ! They fly fast, high and hit hard ( max time for max range is around 6 - 7 seconds )

● Main Artillery Guns, Seconders and AA are Manual. If there is a ship within your seconders range you have to switch and control you guns to shot. If you are under attack from planes whether spotting or torpedo planes, you have to switch and shot your AA guns to take down planes.

● Every Ship can be Encountered and I mean by that you can get out alive from a critical situation. Just throw a smoke bomb and turn away ( every ship has smoke ! )

● When Planes Spot you that means they are within your AA range !
If you have good AA ship and your aim is good, you will have no problem at all dealing with CV planes .

● Fleet Battles ( Clan Battles in wows ) can be fought in many tiers starting from 7vs7 up to 16vs16 (6 BBs 3 CVs per team)

● Balanced Nations in term of Features, Japan Fleet has the highest damage, good range, Highest Heath and Armor, good AA but slower reload compare to other nations.
German Fleet has the Longest Range, Average damage and Average Reload but some cons and so on for others.

Still the game is fast and required a lot of control in battles, its harder but also more fun.

● The main cons about the game alongside with some bugs is the graphic which need a lot of work and hope devs are willing to work on it. ( Graphic is not bad since the game fun play make it up )

● Gold can be obtained by a huge quantity with no need of buying. You can get it from game events ( Ex: Ranked battles )

I didn't mention many stuff and mechanics, it will take days to write them down, I just wanted to give a short brief. Some information may considered incomplete but at least it clears some concepts of the game. It's free
