Imagine, for a second, fellow Pisstroopers. You wake up from a 5 year coma. Your wife is absent from the hospital. Your children have moved on to college to pursue their dreams. You're left alone in a dark dilapidated room. It's almost as if you've been put in the farthest area of the hospital. The staff, most likely assuming you'd never wake up, placed you there. The more you try to call for help, the more exhausted you get. No noise seems to break through the thick concrete doors. You decide to look around the room with what little mobility you have. At first, it seems that there is no one in the room except yourself. Suddenly, the lights dim. Out of the shadows, you see pearly white teeth glint through the darkness like rays from the sun, it's almost blinding. You close your eyes shut until they finally adjust to the sharp sting of the brightness. As your vision starts to take hold, the smile is gone. The lights turn on. In front of you is a 300lb, big black ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lenny, menacingly smiling with the biggest grin you've ever seen. His abs, enormously rotund and protruding like in the movie Alien. His 2% body fat and muscular striations leave you in awe... its almost as if youre still in a coma. You frantically look down at your limbs to see if you can fight off whatever this big black ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 'thing' is. No longer are you able to move. You've been strapped to your bed. The leather cuffs are so tight that not even air flows through them. There is no escaping this situation. You give up. Your head falls back and you ponder deeply into the big black ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ void in front of you. You look into the face of this elephantine specimen of muscular development. His lips separate. His teeth start to glow again. You hear a rumbling from deep inside his throat, as if he's going to speak. He whispers the words in a deep growl, "Sir, its time to pull out your catheter."
