TLDR at end.
Add Araby, Ind and Nippon races, (not sure why they're still not in despite everyone begging for them and not Cathay)

Kislevs roster sucks, their units feel so lacking, the queens abilities are average, the bears are pretty weak, the standard early - mid troops are okay, however their late game troops fall flat, comparative to other factions late game troops they honestly suck imo.
Their building chains are good in all aspects except siege defence, but very good to deal with corruption on the map as they should be, you'll find gates being no big issue.
However the look of their buildings in a battle, yikes, i thought Kislev would look a LOT better, the defences are absolutely terrible, the city is practically empty, the walls more like large palisades, all in all their cities look like piles of barbarian ♥♥♥♥ that the northmen would ramshackle together...

Cathay seems okay, out of the "good guys" factions they seem to be the best imo.
They have a harmony system that will never ever be balanced for long, you'll always be fighting ying or yang, which i think is good because when it's balanced they're buffed a fair bit but it won't ever be for long.
However their buildings are decent at best, there is a big lack of options, next to no anti-corruption chains, and you'll find yourself building double, triple and even quadruple of the same buildings in a single province.
Units are well rounded and flexible, fun to deploy and create armies to deal with any threat i find.
Their cities look amazing too, towers and walls are strong, cities designed well, all in all good faction, small touches required to make them perfect.

Chaos factions, honestly all good besides Tzeench, i'll get to that.
Undivided, and all the god factions are fun, they all have different special quirks and powers, their rosters are a lot more diverse than i first thought they would be, there are a few recolours and reskins but they're done well and the amount of unique units easily compensates for it.
Their building chains are good, however i feel every factions base or city needs to have a bit more of their own personal touch when fully corrupted, it feels like looking at nothing but different colours at the moment, but otherwise all good.

Tzeench however feels wayyyyy too strong, he has all the best spells, which is fair, but he also has very good melee troops which all chaos do, but then on top of that he also has extremely powerful ranged infantry, and holy ♥♥♥♥ they are strong. Their front line can hold as long as they need while a group of pink horrors wipes you out, or worst yet, their flamers, the flamers can destroy entire squads in a few volleys, if they are not dealt with fast, they will melt (ironic) through everything you throw at them.
Send cav? Right? Deal with them in melee? Well good luck as hordes of screamers will screen any attempt at charging their flanks long enough for the flamers to shred them apart.
Not to mention every Tzeench unit has a personal shield, that's right, best spells, best ranged, beefy melee, powerful flyers and to top it all off? Personal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shield generators.
All in all the faction is busted and if you're looking for a "evil" but easy playthrough than Tzeench is the way to go, you will have no trouble on the grand map just simply buying your neighbours towns outright (besides their main capital city) and dominating the map.
And if you are playing Deamons of Chaos (undivided) with Tzeech units is a piece of piss. Throw some Nurgle tank units in the front, Tzeench ranged and a few flyers, Khorne as your melee damage dealers and Slaaneshi seeker cav i find is the best way to go.

TLDR Chaos fun and rounded, but Tzeench OP.

Now i saved these guys for last, Ogres, holy ♥♥♥♥ Ogres. You think Tzeench is OP after that? Try a faction whos every stack is a doom stack, they will absolutely dominate the map every fight, Kislev has next to no Spearmen at all, in fact off the top of my head their only "spear" units are hyper late game units that are archers they just happen to have glaives?
Anyway, formations? Don't bother, lines won't work on Ogres, you'll want to spread your army apart into single units everywhere and clump a few units together to draw as many of the fat ♥♥♥♥♥ as you can towards your front line as the ogres will simply run past any line you have straight at your archers and absolutely nothing will stop them. You will sacrifice archers and front line units just to buy time for the archers not caught in melee to fire on them and hopefully whittle them all down.
Cathay seems to deal well with them, but Cathay mainly utilises spear infantry and EVERY ogre unit is a monster.
Ogres have decent buildings, their towns suit them very well, they have backup goblin, gnobblar units that are pretty useless as far as goblins go, so all in all you will be using Ogres, ogre cav, ogre duel wielding, ogre spear throwers (be careful of them, they are like melee capable bolt throwers) to simply select all and right click the enemy back line, gg.
My biggest issue however is not exactly dealing with them, it's not as bad as i make it seem, it will be harder than pretty much any other faction to fight but they can be dealt with.. Sort of.
My biggest issue with them is that they will DOMINATE the map, all the empire and elves will be utterly destroyed by the ogres 30 turns in, if the vampires don't get to them first. The empire and vampires seem, to be 50/50 on who wipes eachother out first, but you can bet your ass that ogres will not be 50/50 they WILL and Do wipe out the elves and empire instantly, they stand no chance, and by the time they're bordering you, they will be sending doomstacks of ogres to wipe your cities out.
Basically just try to ally with them asap, who cares about empire, elves, other kislev/cathay factions unfortunately, if you want to win, you will have to play defensively and dealing with ogres on top of every other threat is just wayyyy to much of a pain. Let all your friends die because it's all ogre for them anyway.

The grand map is fun, it's very different and i love that there is a dynamic to the game other than domination now, the Vortex map was good with that but still felt like just another domination map, this time the game feels a lot different and i would love it if it weren't so brutal on how that exact new way of playing i love, takes away from what i love about total war games; and that is, domination lol.
Let me explain, the map is fun, the realms and gates are fun, but they are a bit too often, and the corruption is hard to deal with as you can't really expand and fight chaos and everyone else all at the same time, as you haven't got the funds, because you can't expand.
You have to fight a defensive war on every single front while also taking a risky aggressive gamble that you MUST take to win, by sending only your main hero and their army into a gate to fight other factions for a soul.
You will not be taking massive empires, sorry, not possible as the gates across the world when they come will prevent that, every army you have will be used to close gates and fight rebel chaos armies as well as all your other enemies and factions while your main army will be in the gates 100% of the time they are up.

TLDR Rundown.

Kislev 4/10 - Whole faction and hero/heroes & mainly units (add spears?) needs work.

Cathay 8/10 - Small touches (new buildings, anti corruption chain)

Chaos Daemons 8/10 - A bit too strong but wouldn't be a hard thing to fix.

Khorne, Nurgle, Slaanesh 9/10 - Good, tweaks here and there, factions are fine

Tzeench 5/10 - Good, but too good, absolutely overpowered, especially if you're playing as them or against them in online.

Ogres 5/10 - Cool concept, way to strong, whole map is ogres by turn 2

Map is mission based, no domination, no expansion
Music good
Laggy as hell
Looks like twwh2 (good?)
Don't tab out, game WILL crash
6/10 total score

P.S: Add Araby, Ind and Nippon thanks.
