I don't have your email, here's where the cfg file is for PR3.
C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Kalypso Media\Port Royale 3\config
Edit it in notepad, look for the "AutoSaveEnabled = 1" and change it to 0 then save and see if that solves the prob.
