Somehow it feels like the best aspects of my favourite survival games, combined with the spontaneity of encountering other players in this huge space-operatic universe, this game hits those nostalgia notes of Star Wars Galaxies like no other game has for me so far. Favourite survival game I've played in all my years of gaming!

I've changed my review back to positive after the most recent patch because every single weapon I've used feels so much more fun. This feels like balance moving in the right direction. YES. DEMOCRACY!

BF2042 with its horrible performance on even high-end machines is a lot like watching old people copulate. Slow, painful to look at for any length of time, everyone involved is probably struggling and uncomfortable, and even though everybody there is still going through the motions, everyone is aware that it's "not like old times anymore". Please, save this game. This was supposed to be a "love letter" to Battlefield fans; it feels more like a "Jello of the Month Club - Coupon Card".

My brother and I have put hours and hours and hours into this game. I'd like to shake hands with the developer - this game is incredibly addictive and has a huge amount of replayability. I would absolutely recommend this game to all of my friends - it is a hell of a lot of fun.
