There's Furries.

Same great gameplay as the original, remastered in HD, runs like a dream too, a steady 500 fps on my 2080 super. If you like Doom or Quake, BUY THIS RIGHT NOW! IT RUNS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GREAT!

Good but too exhausting to be fun long or after work.

Boss battle is poorly balanced, you have to find every secret or you won't even be able to find enough ammo to kill the boss on the 3rd difficulty

This has always been a God tier game, i was too young to appreciate it greatly at the time, but I fell in love with Doom 3 as a 7 year old, and I played shareware doom 1 before that back in 2000 at 3 years old. Great map design, great enemy design, fun challenging simple combat, a little platforming, just enough, it will run on a toaster, amazing music. It's better than DOOM II Hell On Earth from what I've played and remember playing. The maps and music are much better in in the first Doom. That's not to say DOOM 2 is not great as well. First episode is really fun and easy, tons of ammo, second episode has better music, a little less ammo, better maps, quite a bit more challenging, third episode is very challenging and not much ammo, also great music, great maps, 4th episode is lack luster and unbalanced, there's some ridiculous platforming areas with no ammo that are very difficult and also hard to figure out, some would call it bs, but some would say get good, but I have beaten DOOM 2016 on Nightmare. I'm on the third level on Ultra Nightmare. I actually had to use cheats to finish the last couple maps in Thy Flesh Consumed to figure out where to go, i was stuck, and the game is dark. I missed a platform and didn't have enough health to get to it, I saw it with noclip. I probably restarted 10 times on that level. Also Thy Flesh Consumed is lacking fun music, it's more ambient horror, moody type music, if I remember correctly. It just isn't as fun. All in all, for 1993-1995 it's an amazing game I recommend picking up at full price, I also recommend www.zandronum.com and go to downloads, to get a gz doom like portal, allowing you to run the game at 1080p and 1440p at 200 frames per second, and get much better sound quality, it's really quite something Zandronum. I play on Ultra Violence with mouse aiming on and auto aim disabled at high dpi for a modern experience, it's really fun that way. Watch out for the Cacaodemons and Shotgunners!
