Casual adult gamer, but I'm happy to have friends of all ages. I'm in it for the fun, not the rage. I don't co-op, and I'm not big on chatting via the messaging system, more often than not I miss messages as I have to frequently walk away from my computer, and I'm not big on the personal questions people always seem to ask, but I do enjoy seeing what people have going on via my activity feed and I reply often there. I have terrible, terrible internet (0.71Mbps down, 0.39Mbps up as of this writing), so I usually have Steam on even when I'm not around so I can download games/updates.

--About defriending: please do not be offended if you notice I've defriended you. It could be we seem to have absolutely nothing in common game-wise, could be that you post mostly non-game things to your activity feed, which I'm probably not interested in, or maybe it's nothing but your scores in the same popular shooter, over and over and over (and over.) It's no big deal at all, you keep doing your thing! It's all good in the end :)

* Unless I happen to see you being an utter assbucket in a forum somewhere, or you use my profile comments section to continue drama with someone else. Then it's personal. I do not want to be associated with that, even if it's the loose association of a Steam friendship. I will defriend you in a heartbeat if either of these occur, and hope that the virtual door does hit you in the backside as you leave.
