An absolutely superb grand strategy game, in which I have enjoyed controlling numerous countries through disaster and prosperity. A game which allows for such complete rewriting of history that you can conquer europe as an african nation, or take over the world as Ulm. I do not regret a single hour which I have spent playing this game.
