Early Access Review
I've played many first-person shooter games over the years (Probably far too many than is healthy), and i've taken a keen liking to the larger-scale affairs like Planetside 2 or the early Battlefields. Angels Fall First takes these concepts of large-scale tactical combat and then adds 'some'.

Ever wanted to be running around a spacestation with your squad, taking and holding objectives one minute, but then commanded to man the fighters, jump in the drop pods and shoot off to board that annoying Battleship that's been bombarding your teams fleet to oblivion for the past hour or so, piloted by that player who's become something of your nemisis? While his grunts man the turrets and prepare to repel your boarding party INSIDE the ship.

You look out the windows and can SEE the action going on outside...AS IT HAPPENS. Sorry but this is something that gets me everytime, to just stop, and take a minute to look out a Battleships port-holes and see your mate firing from a turret, or the enemy fighters swarming around you- your character rocking as the ship your on takes heats. The whole thing is just beautiful, and i'm afraid i'm quite inadequatly describing it so far!

Angels Fall First is one of those games that has the potential to be mind-blowingly good. Like really it does. Give it your purchase now, your time, your patience (their were some bugs, but they seem to be quite promptly found and eliminated) and your love, and it will be something truly great.
