hello, i recently bought a multitude of items, and after trying to withdraw them, it says the trade failed and my items in the site inventory disappeared. Also i won a cosmetic in a giveaway and that doesn't appear in the site inventory either. If it helps, i have to wait 15 days for a trade to be completed. if the issues can't be solved i ask for a refund. thanks

hi there, i have tried accepting trade offer for my tf2 keys last night around 20 times? and failed every time. i tried using steam on desk top, web steam and mobile app but didnt work. so i thought maybe because too many keys at a time? so i tired cutting down the numbers. Only when i do 10 keys it will work but after 4 sucessful trades for 10 keys the problem happened again. the system message shown on the window when accpeting trade is "There was an error accepting this trade offer. Please try again later. (25)". please respond to me ty
