Haven’t had this much fun in a game in ages. Looks and plays fantastic; extremely humorous, especially if you’re familiar with ST’s - the movie not the book. Also sold at a perfect price point. 10/10

If re-makes had qualified for GOTY, this would be in serious contention. Easily and by far the best RE game of the series.

Game looks stunning and after 4 1/2 hrs in have had no issues so far playing in 2k with a consistent 180 - 110 fps. Never played the previous console versions and so far loving this. My only regret is that I watched the hbo series first, yet still there is enough new content to feel fresh. This is truly a masterpiece.

Game is beautiful and needs polish from a technical stand point. The reality is, is that this is a benchmark title in the vein of Crysis. Its very hardware demanding and still with the latest and greatest its rough until its better optimized. I'm loving it so far. Sure there are a few things that need to be ironed out but it delivers. I think CD project red shot itself in the foot when they committed to trying to get this running and performing anywhere near the PC version on current consoles. They should have just kept it a PC exclusive and called it a day, so if you plan on playing this on PC don't be jaded by the bad reviews since a lot of that is related to the console debacle CDPR got themselves into. The game is great and excited to see where they go with it. If you were expecting a GTA first person sort of open world game then you will not be dissapointed, just know that it still needs some polish.

Pros:

Beautiful.
DLSS and Raytracing ( demanding but outstanding)
Open world
First person works
UI quite good
Again, beautiful
First person GTA feel, sort of

Cons:

Driving could be polished and the general traffic on the streets
NPC's a bit skitish when the slightest noise is made
Overall dialogue and banter could be better in the side missions
First person GTA feel, sort of.

My system: 3900X, 32gig RAM, installed on 1TB SSD, 2080 super, play it at 1440p on almost full ultra. DLSS set to Qualilty, Raytracing enabled with Raytracing shadows set to off. Average FPS is 55-60. Latest drivers. Have not experienced a crash or lock up at all.

Hope this helps.

Thus far, I'm enjoying it. It's not as deep as CK2 or EUIV, but if you're like me who wants something that plays somewhere between EUIV and a simpler grand strategy game, then I think this title might be appealing to you.
