You don't hunt the ghost, the ghost hunts you. I hate this game. Yes, I'll still play another 1000 hrs of it.

The Witcher meets Borderlands. Some of my favorite gameplay in a game ever. You will need to beat it several times and get several endings to tie the whole story together, increasing replayability. If you're looking for a happy ending, you're not going to find it in this game or this world. Your waifu doesn't worship you. The world doesn't revolve around you. There are consequences for your actions--- 10/10.

GOAT for me. I have played through it in its entirety (base game + both expansions) 3 times up to the hardest difficulty and loved thoroughly every time. A masterpiece game that I am sure I will once again, inevitably, play again.

I love this game very much. I played BG 1 and a little bit of BG 2 (but know the story). BG3 is an improvement in every way to RPGs, and it's refreshing to find an RPG that isn't clunky gameplay with a crappy story that is basically just a waifu/husbando simulator. That being said, I wish I had played Dark Urge on my first playthrough. You can miss a lot of content and story playing a non-Durge or custom character first (imo). Regardless, I recommend it.

I bought this game strictly because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I can verify that it is a 1) amazing game 2) I don't think I've ever cried so hard over a video game 3) just the right length. I always try to separate myself from fictional characters but this game just draws you in. Their pain is your pain. It's a powerful story about loss, grief, and resolution. Highly recommend, 10/10.

Also, the OST is amazing.
