The vanilla game is a great city builder for low end machines but the real sparkle comes from the mods an assests that help you run a city, villages or towns the way you want with the vehicles and buildings of your choice, beware though, if you start adding mods and assests you'll need loads of ram, i would recommend 32gb or at a minimum 16gb,
