You will need the Deck Builder to make cards or tiles, you can download that off the Tabletop sim website. It can also be found in the game files. Drag and drop all the pictures you want on the tiles/cards and export them to imgur. You can open them in the game by choosing custom tiles or custom cards. Copy all the links and you should be done!
