This is the only game I've ever replayed for replay value that consists of minor variations.
Like those games that go "Remember that thing you did? Game woulda been slightly different if you did the other thing instead. Go for it, champ."

Except in this case it's like "Remember that colonist you had with level 20 medicine, but she was blind? That was fun. Here's another guy with one arm. He's really good at mining."

"Remember that time you loaded a mod on an existing save, then started mining cybernetic stomachs from deep underground? You never did find out how they got there. Try for ears this time."

"That jungle was pretty alright, but it was too hot. Let's settle on an iceberg this time. What's your opinion on pork?"
"Well we'll be eating something sort of like pork, but longer... and easier to hunt."

9/10 would recommend to sadists and also cannibals.
