I discovered this game whilst browsing old video games on Youtube and viewing games from memory and I didn't know there was a Pc version. I used to play this years ago on the Sega Masters system round my friends house and loved it so I just had to buy it when I found it was on steam and it was on discount. My first impression was wow, this looks nice, runs smooth but was even more impressed when I put the old version on and the sound, just how I remember it. This setting will be something for the older generation. Don't ask why, I'm sure many others know what I mean.

Advice for younger players, give it a try as it is a really fun game, you need to play it for a while to really get to enjoy it fully and appreciate it as you become different characters who has different abilities . It's well worth every penny on the discount price I paid. Top game, I wish they would make the wonderland game remake too and I don't mean the asha game but a different version that I remember on the megadrive.

I'm going to recommend this game as I have been enjoying it. The thing is, as with almost every single game on release date, they all come with bugs and other issues. To be fair, I mostly found incorrectly positioned small items that are floating in mid air where the devs have not placed it on the surface and probably not realised what they done. Also had issues with flickering light on a particular part whilst listening to one of the characters speaking. I'm sure these bugs will be sorted out as people report but for me, although you can't interact with everything around you and some objects have no physics. The mechanics of the game and how you play it once you get into the game is quite fun and improvement over how you would play it on a flat screen type game. It does seem quite difficult as I were running out of ammo, so need to be more careful. The graphics and performance are not too bad, not what I would say is half life alyx level but as I sometimes play with model creation in blender. I know how much hard work it can be. I'm not sure how big the team is but there is all ways room for updates and improvements over time. I would definitely say give the game a go and play it for a while, remember you can all ways refund it if you don't like it or buy it later once the game improves. We can all ways ask for more but I feel this game is going to have huge improvements with the updates. Tell me how else you can play metro for real. Is it worth the price, well I am enjoying it so I give it a yes. Also it has every option you would want to set the game up for your liking in terms of motion, tutorials, interactable items.

Definitely don't recommend a game which demands you give them a private phone number. They ask for it not demand it. As soon as they remove this, I will buy for the single player game. I hear dodgy things about people getting unfairly banned too. I would have had this game a long time ago but I don't recommend it at all.

I've had this game for years, first played it on the Sega Mega Drive, It's such an amazing remake and can be fairly challenging to get 100% achievements.

Just a fantastic game, Wasn't too sure to begin with but got addicted. I just love the graphics on this game. I don't know what it is but there is just something about this game. An all time great with a difference and just so stunning visually that I could just wander about lost admiring all I see.

beautiful game

Well as many of you will know just how amazing Half life 2 when it were released 18 years ago. Well this is just the most fun I've had in a game in years and it feels like a different league actually firing, reloading the guns, clicking on your headlight by touching the side of your head.. Once I got used to the controls, playing it in virtual reality made me smile just as much as when I played half life alyx. I can imagine this game is going to be very popular. The Vr mod itself is still being developed but it's already at a great level in every way. I hear there is going to be updated textures but for the time being the current one's look ok for their age when you consider how long ago this were made. You can all ways use modded textures. I might just wait for them to update with the ai version. It's too much fun. When you see all your friends playing this game, I suggest get a headset, there will also later be the other episodes. I'm so glad this has finally become a reality. Play it and enjoy. There are motion options for people who can't cope with the driving or the fast movements. I can't wait to see how it improves but this is one of my best ever gaming experience and one of the most fun ever!

I thought this were the version that will support virtual reality but hear a remake is coming. I really hate the controls and 3rd person, I had no issues running the game, it looks fine, just didn't enjoy it. shall try the remake and virtual reality once it arrives. I will not say the game itself is horrible but not comfortable for me by the way it's controlled or plays.

Here is my review, it's like a tech demo but it's really good to be in the movie, I enjoyed seeing what can be done but there were a few things I did not like and that were some parts of the scene, The scale changed massively. I definitely can't wait for more of these type of movies. I'm not running the best pc, i7 6700k with 32gb ddr4 ram and a 980ti g1 gaming card but it ran, a little juddery with reprojection but for an experience Vr fan, I did not feel sick at all. You know there will be a better future with these movies.

I've been playing this game for a little while, I love it but now I've had time to play further into the game, I can say it's the best gaming experience I've ever had in my life. I won't put any spoilers but I can clearly see why it would be absolutely pointless to try and make it work on mouse and keyboard. The immersive experience on higher levels will blow your mind. I can not wait for more games like this to come along, I now give it 20/10. I didn't expect it to suddenly become twice as good. I'm shocked and amazed. This game is worth every penny and worth getting Vr for just this game but obviously there is plenty more good games but nothing to equal this. I love this game.
