error code 262144 wtf

Once again Steam has put out an update that has made my game stop working. this morning It downloaded something for about 2 minutes and when i ran the game the error reads COD advanced Warfare has stopped working . No explanation whatsoever. I thought maybe reload steam after I deleted it. WOW was I stupid, it deleted ALL of my games and I just now downloaded the multiplayer game only 4.5 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Restarted the computer and ofcourse the exact same message. While we are talking about steam and it's wonderous ways to steal our Money, Steam listen carefully, when you advertise new maps and make us pay all this money only to find out its not out on hardcore Except moshpit, that is called FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! You should have said that before you started selling the maps. But then again you would have lost alot of money and I guess that's what it's all about huh?????
Customer care or service is a cuss word around you people and a class action law suit might be the only way for you to stop being greedy and support your gamers as you should have all along!!!!
