Well, they they have 3 factions out of the original like 8, the mod tools are so badly broken that mod authors are severly restricted, and the amount of actual maps to play on is pitiful. On the bright side, the new gameplay dynamics for every faction is interesting, giving you basically an entirely new system to use to your advantage per faction. The elites are kinda cool, but personally I strongly dislike the new elite resource thing. Just stick to normal resources. Overall, this game is essentially on par with Dawn of War 2. It has it's pros and cons, but overall it's just really bad and boring.
