The game feels fresh and innovative.
Unique classes, extreme environmental destructibility, and emergent high-engagement gameplay.

With style to spare, The Finals ranks as one of the best multiplayer experiences of 2024.

A unique blend of RTS and RPG.
Spellforce 3 is the best strategy game you have never heard of.

The Magnus Opera from CDPR.

I can't help but be biased with this game.
I started reading the books even before the Sapkowski saga was transposed into video games.
Played all three games, and let me tell you, what a journey that was.

Ending the story of Geralt of Rivia, in the Toussaint campaigns holds an emotional meaning for me, which goes way beyond the mere description of words.

Honestly, I'm on the fence on what to think about this game future: It surely has all the possibilities to be a great cooperative game.

But on the other hand, the slow fixing time has taken a heavy toll on some essential content (like the Illuminate faction).
And the players numbers have been severely down in the last 3/4 months.

Helldivers 2 is a good engaging Co-op, but riddled by too many technical problems, progression issues and nonexistant endgame.

Story, lore and characters are completely cringe and atrocious.

The combat and skills are funny and in multiplayer, Andromeda is quite enjoyable.

COH3 is probably the most lackluster entry in the series.
This game could have some decent foundation, but is plagued by an absolutely horrendeus UI, bad campaigns design and little to none faction variety.

I don't really know what to say, COH2 had a bumpy start too so maybe this title still needs some time.
But still, this game is rough.

The thing that really staggers me is that this game is made by the same studio that recently released the well received Age of Empires 4.
And you can see in almost every interaction how AoE4 production value is vastly superior compared to this one.
Even Dlc's pricing is way more honest for AoE4.

A monumental title, with hundreds of quests and stories to be told.
Astonishing quality in the dialogue writing and diramation, paired with top of the line voice acting and animation.
An in depth and highly customizable class system with incredible variation.
A soundtrack capable of making you feel the true hero of your journey.

An heartfelt game that will become a staple in the RPG genre for the years to come.

Raising the bar at its own terms, Baldur's Gate 3 teach us that games with soul and dedication can still be created.
