Game kicks major ass. While it does share a few mechanics with Batman games (Arkham Asylum and so on) that carried forward into Shadow of Mordor, Mad Max does more than enough to set itself apart. Vehicle combat is well implemented, running baddies off roads and into walls, using your harpoon to snag drivers out their windows and road haul them are just the beginning. The game runs ultra smooth on the highest settings and my build is 4 years old. Overall, awesome experience, Avalanche did an awesome job and I can't wait to see what they do next.
